Installation for electrolyte etching ELECTRO

Categories:

Principle of operation

The process of electrolyte etching is to remove oxides from the surface of the metal loaded into the electrolyte when passing through the last constant electrical current from the external source.

Electrolyte etching is used for stainless steel, iron, aluminium, tantalum, titanium, tungsten, vanadium and zirconium. Earth acid (for stainless steel), Ftorvodorodnaja or Borftorvodorodnaja (for aluminium) is commonly used as a solution.

The LATEMI installation for electrolyte etching ELECTRO has an optimum price-quality ratio, is compact and does not require special installation and maintenance conditions.

The installation consists of:

  • Control Unit
  • Cathode
  • Anode-Clamp
  • Connecting cables
  • Tripod Holder
  • Glass Glass.

It is possible for the electrolyte to use a user's receptacle, hence the size of the sample is not limited.
